ApolloLake FSP MR10 problem (PreMemSa)

Hello!

I'm trying to bring-up Atom3950 board with 4xLPDDR4 memory chips (each 16Gb, single rank) connected one chip per CH0_a/b and CH1_a/b. So I set Profile - 0xB, Package - 0x1 and MemoryDown - 0x1 (all other params seems correct). FSP-M (MR10) stoped with post 0xDA7F.

I've got older version FSP with debug out - have same problems, but FSP say : "unknown memory type".
Try to switch Profile - same problems.
