Subject: [PATCH] Add YouTube and PDF embeds to Publications page

- Rename to "Publications & Conferences"
- Embed 2020 SPNHC conference talk via Quarto video shortcode
- Embed metadata model slides as in-page PDF viewer
- Add Presentations section above bibliography

Closes #88
