Crash when opening INI files in text editor

The app crashes and turns off the device while attempting to open a .ini file in text editor mode.

App Version: CMFileManager v4.10
Model: PSP-3000
CFW: 6.61 LME-2.3 (no Infinity)

.ini files might also be worth looking into with #57. Probably a broader issue with the text editor mode.
