Add support for meta JUnit annotations

    return method.isAnnotationPresent(Test.class)

        || method.isAnnotationPresent(org.junit.jupiter.api.Test.class)
        || method.isAnnotationPresent(BeforeAll.class);
  }
```
does not allow for meta annotations annotated with`@Test`.
