com.android.tv.settings.partnercustomizer.picture.SoundActivity
This is tvQuickActions, I prefer having open source app so having this option in your app would be great!

Have you tried using the 'Send intent' action already? It should contain every possible activity

Might be due to some filtering that is happening that is helpful for some people but clearly not here
Can be tested in Android TV emulator, will fix
