Add support for searching for settings in the desktop app

Like we have in the mobile app, there should be a search field at the top of the Config screen. Typing something in there should filter the setting.

Search should check the setting label and description.

There should be a button to clear the search (like we have in the regular search field)

Hi @laurent22, I'd like to work on this issue.
I already have the desktop environment set up and will start implementing the search field for filtering settings by label and description. Please let me know if there are any design guidelines I should follow.

I'd like to take a look at it. I'm currently exploring how the settings screen is implemented in the desktop app and comparing it with the mobile version.

My initial idea is to add a search field in the configuration sidebar, referencing the mobile search design, to filter settings by their label and description. I'll explore the relevant components and share a draft PR once I have a working prototype. Thanks again!

In Joplin the issue is not assigned to anyone and you can directly open a PR (follow all the guidelines).
