Migrate Components from Meshery UI to Sistent

Current Behavior

Currently, the Meshery UI uses multiple custom components within the ui/components. To improve reusability and maintainability across projects, we need to migrate these components into Sistent. This will help standardize UI elements and make them easily accessible for future development.
