Steam fails to launch when using the Mint-L-Dark-Aqua theme on Linux Mint 22.3. The crash is caused by a syntax error in the GTK2 resource file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1)Set system theme to Mint-L-Dark-Aqua.
2)Attempt to launch Steam from terminal or menu.
3)Steam process terminates immediately after initializing logging.
Environment:
OS: Linux Mint 22.3
Desktop Environment: Cinnamon
Theme: Mint-L-Dark-Aqua
Current Workaround:
Launching Steam with a different GTK2 theme bypasses the crash:
GTK2_RC_FILES=/usr/share/themes/Adwaita/gtk-2.0/gtkrc steam
