Direct Chat stuck on infinite generation

While using Direct Chat with the Max model, I pasted a block of code
and asked it to review. The generation started but never completed.

The stop button does not work, the input box is completely frozen and
I cannot type or send any new messages. I tried hard reloading,
restarting my computer and switching to a different browser but nothing
fixed it. The problem is still there.

This seems to be a server side issue since it continues even after a
full system restart. I have weeks of conversation history in this chat
and cannot afford to lose it. Kindly take a look at this issue.
