Account Issue - Arena Not Responding when Logged In

Hello Arena Support Team,

I’m reaching out because my account seems to be experiencing a persistent issue. When I log in, prompts I type appear on screen but the system does not generate any response. This happens across multiple devices (phone and laptop) and browsers. Interestingly, Arena works fine in guest mode or incognito when I’m not logged in, but as soon as I sign into my account, the issue returns.

Another detail: it doesn’t behave like the usual infinite generation problem, and I don’t get the “something is wrong” error message either. Instead, nothing happens.

This makes me think the problem is account-specific rather than a general outage or browser cache issue. Could you please check if there’s a problem with my account state or session data, and advise on how to resolve it?

I wanted to follow up regarding my account. After reporting the issue, it started working again for a short period, which made me think the problem had been repaired. However, after about 12 prompts, the exact same issue returned.

To clarify:
-The account functions normally at first.
-After roughly a dozen prompts, the system produces no output at all. No error messages or moderation flags either.
-The bug is reproducible across accounts, and it doesn’t seem related to prompt complexity.

Since this behavior is systemic, I believe it needs engineering attention rather than a one‑off fix.

Same here. Though, mine actually started working again about 8 hours after I posted the original report, so it looked like it had been fixed. I’m not sure if that was a manual fix or if it resolved on its own, but either way the problem came back. Right now it hasn’t been fixed again, so the issue is still ongoing.
