Change layout orientation to horizontal

How can I change the layout orientation to horizontal, couldn't find a way to do that.

I did a bad implementation of a Horizontal CardStackView here it is:
HorizontalCardStackView

I had to sucrifice some things like Scrolling, Animation, xml Attributes.
