REquesting a 1 thread place for resolving adding new HM2 Mesa Soc FPGA functionality issues

Adding new fpga based functionality to Machinekit has a SW (HAL) side, residing in the Machinekit repo..
And also a HW (HW) side residing in the mksocfpga repo.

This work involves synchronizing tightly related commits to both repos and is further complicated by utilizing 2 (HW) programming languages --> VHDL, SystemVerilog.
And also making the addition unified and generic across Soc and PCI based platforms.

I hope to hold the discussion in this thread and not the related one in the Machinekit repo ... .-)
