In f2bb6c7, I added a commandline switch -g ("grayscale") to turn off my built-in color specifications to make the output all black. This is useful for producing figures for publication. However, the new change, at present, is only designed to work with precise-probability Wright-Fisher plots. For imprecise Wright-Fisher models, I should probably set up something so that there is a lighter gray in the middle, bounded by black upper and lower bound lines. For 3-D plots, all black is probably as good as you can get, but I haven't tested it at all.
