Alert based on user ID does not produce an alert.

We have an alert based on the following criteria:

Creating a segment that should include visits that get alerted:

We do get results that should be included:

But no alert has been created at all over a few days:

@jmumby in this case the total above is 11 and therefore under 10? This might be the issue? Does it work when configuring say 50?

@tsteur in this case I was expecting user IDs that were less than 10 to report, like that shown in the User IDs report. The actual case is that the combined visits is less than 10?

@jmumby not sure I'm seeing it right but the userIDs that end with n are 5+5+1 = 11 visits?
