Finish migrating from EJS to Astro (with Svelte components)

for the next coming pushes, there will be a lot of migration efforts for moving the frontend away from express + ejs. 

don't expect a lot as of right now, also migrating the browser javascript towards more server side for things like fetching api or displaying the correct navbar title.
