+C5 (Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue) is a catalogue of security criteria developed by Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) to assess the security of cloud services.
+
+The assessment confirms that the operational and security controls required by the BSI's C5 framework can be successfully implemented on top of metal-stack-based environments.
+
+For the metal-stack community, this is an important milestone. It demonstrates that transparency, open collaboration, and vendor-independent infrastructure can go hand in hand with demanding compliance requirements.
