GPS Location not fetched in offline site

Bug Description

A clear and concise description of what the bug is, better if you can attach a log.

Offline page does not successfully fetch the GPS Location of the device.
It prints in the message box for a milisecond while pressing the button "Fetch Current Location", but then "Error: 7".

Expected Behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

GPS location is not fetched.
