Z and Y axis mix up

it seems the default view when selecting 3D X, Y and Z gets mixed as shown in the image below...

If you display this 3D chart as 2D (click on the top right "blank paper" icon), you will see this chart from above, with average_daily_total_tax as X and net_income as Y.
