Stable diffusion web example fails due to missing file

1. Go to https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime-inference-examples/tree/main/js/sd-turbo
2. Follow the instructions until: "npm run dev"
3. In the browser the page spews errors: unet/model.onnx failed, Error: no available backend found. ERR: [webgpu] TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier dist/ort-wasm-simd-threaded.jsep.mjs text_encoder/model.onnx (cached)

I can see that file is needed here https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Amicrosoft%2Fonnxruntime%20dist%2Fort-wasm-simd-threaded.jsep.mjs&type=code

How to generate such a file?
This is tested on Mac OS 14 Sonoma
