[Bug]: UI mode does not execute any tests on 1.60

Steps to reproduce

1. Run command npx playwright test --ui in any environment where you have playwright tests
2. When Ui mode starts, select any available test and run it

Expected behavior

Test is executed as in previous versions on PW

Actual behavior

Failed result is shown for every test executed, but no error is returned. Log/Errors columns remain empty.

Additional context

downgrade to 1.59 fixes problem. It's only reproducible on 1.60

Can you share a repro?

I've just tried with a project created with npm init playwright foo -- --quiet and everything works as expected.

I have not seen that but I have found it is no longer compatible with the Applitools Eyes. Upgrading Playwright to 1.60.0 will completely break Applitools Eyes (tested with v.1.47.2).
