Inform users about additional required dependencies when installing via pip

Examples like examples/qpe_stretched_n2.ipynb will not run with only pip install qdk-chemistry. Additional installations are needed (e.g., ipykernel, pandas, pyscf, etc.). We should document this in the installation instructions or in the example notebooks (or both).
