Issue Description
After uploading or creating files in the knowledge base, it is possible to delete them, but there is no way to download them.
This makes it difficult to manually review the documents, for example to check formatting, content accuracy, or version differences outside of the agent interface.
It would be very helpful if users could download the files directly for offline review.

Steps to Reproduce
- Upload any file to the knowledge base.
Expected Behavior
Users can download any file stored in the knowledge base.
Actual Behavior
Files cannot be downloaded directly.
The only way to access the content is by asking the agent to display it.
