Unable to Add Resource Group or Subscription to SRE Agent

Issue Description:
I am unable to add a resource group or subscription to the SRE agent, even though I have sufficient permissions. The process appears to stall or fail at the resource group selection stage.

Steps to Reproduce:

I navigated to the "Add resource groups" page for the SRE agent.

I attempted to select and add a resource group or an entire subscription.

Even after selecting a subscription, its related resource groups are not visible.

Expected Behavior:
I should be able to select and add resource groups or subscriptions to the SRE agent without any issues. After selecting a subscription, the associated resource groups should become visible for selection.

Actual Behavior:
I am blocked from adding the resource group or subscription. After selecting a subscription, the list of associated resource groups does not appear, preventing me from completing the action.
