Issue Description
After deleting an outdated file from the knowledge base, the agent continues to indicate that it has access to that file.


The deleted file was org-bestpractices.md.
Would it be possible to provide an option to download the uploaded file as well, for version checks?

Steps to Reproduce
- Add the file in Knowledge Base
- Delete the file
Expected Behavior
The agent should no longer reference the deleted file as a source.
Actual Behavior
The agent still lists the deleted file as a source.
