[Issue] Managed Resource Group List was not visible

Issue Description
When navigating to Settings -> Managed Resources, no resource groups were visible even though several were added during initial agent setup. Despite not seeing any of the available groups, I was able to add a new one. After adding the new one, I was then able to see all available groups.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete initial agent setup and add resource groups
2. Navigate to Settings -> Managed Resources
3. Observe that no resource groups are listed

Expected Behavior
Resource groups added during initial agent setup should be visible under Settings -> Managed Resources.

Actual Behavior
No resource groups were visible on page load. Adding a new resource group triggered a refresh that then made all existing groups (including the ones from setup) appear.

same here deployed with Bicep. If i go through the resource group onboarding wizard, the RGs are already selected, and after completing the wizard they appear

@chaosvlad , @ehrnst Thanks for reporting this. This happened during GA Launch where we introduced a bug in Managed Resource UX Blade. This should be fixed now, are you still facing this issue?
