Huge fan of the project, this is a great idea, but performance on large diffs is definitely making it unusable for me. Any diff over 10 files lags badly. Screen recording below. Notice how the agent notes icon lags behind the mouse and scrolling is super slow. I'm on an M1 Mac running in Tmux

Steps to reproduce
Create a diff with 10 files or more and observe the lag.
Expected behavior
Diffs renders smoothly and actions/navigation are smooth.
