Describe the bug

I live China Mainland.When I open modrinth website and download a mod,I found that the download speed is extremely slow,less than 100kb/s.I just wanted to download BTWCE,and it cost me ten minutes and in the end it failed

Expected behavior

unbelievable slow speed
