mrpack install warning seems a little too agressive

I tried to install a modpack from a .mrpack file. Despite the fact that the modpack contained only mods from Modrinth, I got a fairly aggressive warning about the file being from an unknown soure and potentially containing malware.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if this warning did not show up for modpacks that only contain safe mods (e.g. mods directly from Modrinth). There is no warning when downloading mods from Modrinth, so installing a modpack that contains only Modrinth mods should be equally safe and warning-free.

you can download mods that have not made it through the review process by their download link so the thing that checks if the mod is being downloaded from modrinth should also check if the mod has passed review
