Current Behavior

Activating caps lock doesn't capitalize the letters in the keymap when keymap legend style is dynamic.

Expected Behavior

Letters should be capitalized like they are when shift is held (but without the symbols being changed).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to test page
2. Press caps lock
3. Notice how the letters stay lowercased
