Handle spaces in current directory path

RuboCop doesn't work well when pwd contains spaces. So i have to call it
:RuboCop "pwd"
to get the desired functionality.
Please resolve the issue.

Perhaps it is the reason why files from quick fix doesn't open correctly. Because i can't open them via in QuickFix list.
