Switch to LFX for meetings

I'm working on moving more Node.js meetings to LFX from the legacy Zoom accounts they were connected to. The TSC meetings appear to operate on the following schedule (shown in GMT-07:00):

• Week 1: 6AM
• Week 2: 8AM
• Week 3: 3AM
• Repeat

(fyi @bensternthal) I do not believe LFX supports this, without creating 3 separate TSC meetings... with three separate URLs, which is very inconvenient.

Also, we do not operate on the GMT-07:00 timezone, can we set it as UTC instead?

Yes, any time zone can be used. I'm just using that time zone as the previous calendar uses it.
