Spike Viewer not showing all waveform panels

Describe the bug

The thresholds and waveforms are not being displayed in three of the channels of a Spike Detector tetrode "electrode".

To Reproduce
It seems to be related to having configured the electrodes in the Spike Detector and then adding an additional electrode.
I deleted the Spike Viewer and loaded it again and it fixed itself.
