The many datetime fields of videos (`created`, `startTime`, ...)

Also a discussion old as time: event metadata fields that contain datetimes and mean slightly different things. created, updated, startTime, endTime, bibliographical time, ... and more. (Note: while related, I will open a separate discussion issue for duration related stuff.)

TODO: someone needs to properly summarize the situation so far.

Question 1: Why is startTime and endTime relevant for the original recorded event, but the physical spacial location, or source are not relevant? i.e. capture agent Id/Zoom room id/physical class room id

Question 2: Scenario: instructor creates recordings for the next 2 lectures, that happen Wednesday at 3pm, because they will be out for the next 2 weeks but want classes to continue as usual. The student can find their next 2 lectures and know which one is the first Wed 3pm, and which is the second Wed 3pm lecture. At the end of the term, admins an query for lectures that are recorded for a specific week and find the recorded lecture for the second Wed 3pm among all the lectures for that week.
How should the instructor set the dates for these classes so they can be found by students and admins for the intended target date?
