Page title not updating after logging in

Repro steps:

• Visit frontend-base.openedx.io
• Click Login
• See authn app with "Login | Frontend-base" as the page title
• Sign in

Expected behavior:

• See learner dash app with "Frontend-base" as the page title
  • This is what the title is after refreshing

Observed behavior:

• See learner dash app with "Login | Frontend-base" as the page title
