[Improvement] Review inconsistency between the permissions in the policy and the console permissions list

Description

We found a few inconsistencies between the policy and the console list.

For example:

The view scheduled and view details are showing as different permissions, but in the policy, they are merged (which makes sense, because it is one option). To know more: #293 (comment)

We don't have permission to see global staff and super admins.

Expected behavior

Ensure consistency between the user's info and the permissions we manage internally.

I reviewed this with @gviedma-aulasneo on 27 May, and he told me that we have a product reason to maintain those permissions as they are in the UI:

• View schedules and view details, separated, although we have it merged in back.
• The "view global staff and superusers permission", visible, although we don't have that permission in back.

(But in the authz doc in #293, the information will be as is in the backend)

The only improvement for Verawood will be #309
