xmltodict <=1.0.2?

Is the requirement xmltodict <=1.0.2 necessary? It would be great to have compatibility with 1.0.4

Thanks for reporting - The pin originated from #2150, where we concluded with "let's wait until someone complains", so thanks for chiming in.

Our whole company is preparing for our annual symposium next week, which is backlogging some other work that we'll need to get to, so this may take a few weeks to resolve.

Do you have a workaround in the meantime? The linked bug should only trigger if you're doing things with virtual sites. If you're not then you should be safe making a local install with the newest xmltodict.
