Add 3 extra disks (50G each) to OCP master nodes and configure LVMS using /dev/vda, /dev/vdb, /dev/vdc, following the same pattern used by other compact OCP scenarios (va-multi, dt-nfv-ovs-dpdk-sriov-hci).
