Extension not working in VSCode portable mode

As title, I tested this with 2 fresh VSCode install, one using portable mode and the another one isn't using portable mode

The extension works fine on the one that's not using portable, function names, documentations etc are showing. But not for the one that's using portable mode

There would be a "data" directory within VS Code's folder for portable mode, here are the details: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/portable

Could you guys add support to portable mode?
