Addendum - the link to the "non-dev" site works:

But the link above is referenced in the blog post here:

Yeah, now we changed the hosting, we also have to update the automated workflow to publish the dev docs (have to open an issue about it)

But, I think this issue is not actually related to that, but rather that we moved that page, it seems, and at the time didn't add a redirect. From #63971

Sorry, I missed that it is the new page that is missing, so of course not related to a missing redirect, and indeed quite likely to the hosting changes .. Taking a look!

It seems that I might have accidentally switched the stable and dev docs, since the dev docs indicate they are for 3.0.1, and the stable docs have en empty version (the issue we currently have with the dev docs that still needs fixing)

Updated the stable /docs/ docs by converting it to a symlink as we had before: pandas-dev/pandas-dev.github.io@230deac

However, that has now ensured that the /docs/dev/ dev docs no longer work. Not directly sure how that worked in the past (I don't see a symlink for that).
But short term, added a symlink to dev from the current 3.0.1 stable docs as a quick fix.

With that, https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/dev/user_guide/migration.html is working again
