[Bug] FunctionSlot and random apply

FunctionSlot.clear() does not clear function weights list

Note that this bug is pretty game breaking since it makes the rand_apply parameter and functionallity totally useless because there's always "garbage" in the funcWeights list from default parameters, even after using set or clear.
Work around is to just clear the list manually, maybe that was the intention on the first place?
