Shared directory pgAdmin Web

We affected by the securityfix 9902.

We had in pgAdmin Web a shared directory which is on the level of all userdirectories and linked in each userdirectory with ln -s ../shared.

We understand the security-reason and maybe it is possible to have one shared directory for all pgAdmin Web users via a config flag.

If is more pgAdmin Web related just give us an information.

One possibility would be to specify a separate storage directory for each user, as a property of the pgAdmin user account.

Can you describe a little more? We are a developer team and share sql scripts with a shared folder. How it would help to have separate storage directories for each user? A second one wich points to a shared directory? Like a team directory.

Oh, I think I misunderstood your requirement then - I thought you were symlinking from a shared directory into private ones in the user's home directory. You want a directory that's accessible to all users right?

You're right. This was possible until 9.14 with a symlink in each userdirectory to another directory outside the userdirectories.
