Usage of max_requests

Perhaps wrong place to ask, nonetheless allow me to post it here :)

I have an app (symfony v7.4) that I run on frankenphp 1.12, normal mode (no worker)

We enabled the max_requests feature because we want to clear from time to time (value 500)

With the ember tool, I check the config is well loaded
But according to this metric, I see some value > 500

Is this a frankenphp issue or an ember issue or just the config ?
