Add parsing for /proc/kallsyms and ELF sections/symbol tables?

Currently, our project does not handle parsing of /proc/kallsyms and ELF file sections and symbol tables. These components are crucial for analyzing kernel symbols and program symbols, performance analysis, and static analysis.

If needed, I can submit a related PR for this functionality.
