for Talos we have below chipset devices and this needs to be maintained in content.xml file

it has only QCS615 change and needs to add SA6155P/TALOSAU

we got new devices with Chipset ID SA6155P/TALOSAU which new devices are added in axiom executions hence to use devices in axiom pool we need this new chipset to be maintained in content.xml
