账号预热显示之后是这样子的，总是出现 401 错误
切换了 API 聚合 API 之后，请求还是没有切换过来，在 Codex 的 App 中总是出现“重连中”，日志也没有看到请求 API 的信息

预期结果

401 需要解决一下，就算账号不能用的话，API 应该也可以用吧？升级最新版本之后，就不能切换到 API 了

This is not a CM bug — it's a global OpenAI outage happening right now (May 29-30, 2026).

I'm experiencing the same 401 on all 22 accounts in my CM setup (v0.3.4, Windows 11). The 401 is coming from OpenAI's upstream, not from CM's gateway validation.

The cf_ray in your log (a0320cfe0d4af7b5-LAX) confirms the request reached Cloudflare/OpenAI and was rejected server-side.

Workaround: Just wait for OpenAI to recover. No CM config change needed. Once their services are back, CM will work again automatically.

Re: API switching issue — that might be a separate bug worth tracking, but the 401 itself is definitely upstream.
