rotation from create contraptions will sometimes get stuck to a specific rpm as if a non power producing block is creating power equivelent to the preveious network it was on

Description

it can happen more often with create ender transmission but i have had it stick on a shaft that was going to my lift props before so i doubt that is the entire issue
