community version

I have been using the debian package for some time now semaphore_linux_arm64.deb. I now see a new package semaphore_community_linux_arm64.deb in the releases, but I found no mention of the in the issues, readme or discussion. Which version should I be using? If I should be using the community version, is there an easy upgrade from the non-community version?

Same question after I just noticed that there's also a CE.
