Αυτό το έγγραφο αναλύει τον Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας της πλατφόρμας Simplified Coding. Η συναίνεση σε αυτόν τον Κώδικα είναι απαραίτητη για τη χρήση τον υπηρεσιών του Simplified Coding.
Ο Κώδικας Δεοντολογίας αφορά την Ομάδα του Simplified Coding, τα άτομα που συνεισφέρουν στο έργο ανοιχτού κώδικα του Simplified Coding, στην κοινότητα του Simplified Coding, καθώς και στους χρήστες αλλά και επισκέπτες της ιστοσελίδας του Simplified Coding και κάθε δημόσιου χώρου που αφορά το έργο και διαχειρίζεται η Ομάδα του Simplified Coding. Η επίσκεψη στον ιστότοπο του Simplified Coding και στους προαναφερθέντες δημόσιους χώρους υποδεικνύει πλήρη συμφωνία με τον Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας.
Τι είναι το Simplified Coding, η Oμάδα του, οι συνεισφέροντες, η κοινότητα και οι χρήστες/επισκέπτες του
Το Simplified Coding είναι ένα μη-κερδοσκοπικό έργο ελεύθερου και ανοιχτού κώδικα, το οποίο προσφέρει δωρεάν μαθήματα εννοιών πληροφορικής στην ελληνική γλώσσα.
Η Ομάδα του Simplified Coding είναι υπεύθυνη για την κατασκευή, ανάπτυξη, συντήρηση και εξασφάλιση νομικής και οικονομικής βιωσιμότητας του Simplified Coding. Έχει δικαίωμα υπογραφής νομικών εγγράφων και συλλογικά αποτελεί τον νομικό εκπρόσωπο του έργου. Η Ομάδα απαρτίζεται από τους:
- Μάριο Μήτσιο
- Νίκο Τσίλα
- Οδυσσέα Αβραάμ Κηρυκόπουλο
Οι συνεισφέροντες του Simplified Coding απαρτίζεται από άτομα τα οποία έχουν προβεί σε συνεισφορά σε οποιοδήποτε δημόσιο αποθετήριο του Simplified Coding στο GitHub, η οποία ελέγχθηκε και υιοθετήθηκε από την Ομάδα του Simplified Coding, όπως ορίζει ο Οδηγός Συνεισφοράς.
Η κοινότητα του Simplified Coding απαρτίζεται από άτομα τα οποία λαμβάνουν μέρος σε συζητήσεις στους δημόσιους χώρους οι οποίοι διαχειρίζονται από την Ομάδα του Simplified Coding.
Οι χρήστες και επισκέπτες του Simplified Coding είναι άτομα τα οποία επισκέπτονται την ιστοσελίδα του Simplified Coding και δημόσιους χώρους οι οποίοι διαχειρίζονται από την Ομάδα του Simplified Coding, χωρίς απαραίτητα να συμμετέχουν σε συζητήσεις.
Στο Simplified Coding, ο σεβασμός είναι απαραίτητο θεμέλιο για τη συντήρηση του έργου. Έτσι, όλα τα προαναφερόμενα άτομα που συμμετέχουν στο έργο έχουν την υποχρέωση να τρέφουν τον ανάλογο σεβασμό μεταξύ τους.
Το Simplified Coding είναι ένα έργο το οποίο στοχεύει να προωθήσει τον προγραμματισμό σε άτομα, ανεξάρτητα από την ταυτότητα και του υποβάθρου τους. Συνεπώς, οποιαδήποτε διάκριση και συνεπής χλευασμός/bullying/προσβολή της αξιοπρέπειας του ατόμου για οποιονδήποτε λόγο (συμπεριλαμβανομένων, μεταξύ άλλων, διακρίσεων ηλικίας, φυσικής κατάστασης, ορατής ή αόρατης αναπηρίας, εθνικότητας, ταυτότητας και έκφρασης φύλου, επίπεδο εμπειρίας, εκπαίδευσης, κοινωνικοοικονομικής κατάστασης, προσωπικής εμφάνισης, φυλής, θρησκείας ή σεξουαλικής ταυτότητας και προσανατολισμού) είναι καταδικαστέα και δε συνάδει με το πνεύμα και με τον σκοπό του Simplified Coding.
Η προστασία και ο σεβασμός της προσωπικής ζωής είναι απαραίτητος συνδυασμός σε κάθε αλληλεπίδραση ατόμων μεταξύ τους και αυτό ισχύει και στο Simplified Coding. Η αποφυγή αιτήματος προσωπικών δεδομένων και παράδοσης αυτών είναι αυτονόητη.
Αυτό συμπεριλαμβάνει μηνύματα τύπου spam αλλά και μηνύματα τα οποία δεν είναι κατάλληλα σε δημόσιους χώρους (συμπεριλαμβανομένων, μεταξύ άλλων, μηνυμάτων ‘Not Safe For Work’)
Ως αυτοδιαφήμιση ορίζουμε την προώθηση προϊόντων, υπηρεσιών και μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης με σκοπό τη διαφήμιση προφίλ. Η αυτοδιαφήμιση δεν είναι αποδεχτή στους χώρους του Simplified Coding, αλλά είναι ευπρόσδεκτη η προώθηση εργασιών κώδικα με στόχο την ανατροφοδότηση και την προαγωγή τεχνικών/γνώσεων προγραμματισμού.
Εκτός από την ιστοσελίδα του Simplified Coding, η Ομάδα μπορεί να διαχειρίζεται δημόσιους χώρους και σε άλλες ιστοσελίδες και πλατφόρμες τρίτων. Είναι αυτονόητη η πιστή εφαρμογή και αυτών.
Σε περίπτωση που λάβει η Ομάδα του Simplified Coding αναφορά συμπεριφοράς η οποία δε συνάδει με τον παρών Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας ή γίνει τέτοια διαπίστωση από την ίδια, αυτή έχει το δικαίωμα να προβεί στις ακόλουθες ενέργειες, έπειτα από τεκμηρίωση και ενημέρωση του δράστη:
- Επίσημη προειδοποίηση
- Αίτημα κατάθεσης ιδιωτικής/δημόσιας συγγνώμης
- Προσωρινή/Μόνιμη αφαίρεση δικαιώματος λόγου στους προαναφερθέντες δημόσιους χώρους
- Εκδίωξη από τους προαναφερθέντες δημόσιους χώρους
- Προσωρινός/Μόνιμος αποκλεισμός από τους προαναφερθέντες δημόσιους χώρους
- Προσωρινός/Μόνιμος αποκλεισμός από την ιστοσελίδα και τις υπηρεσίες του Simplified Coding
Αναφορά περιστατικού μπορεί να υποβληθεί επίσημα με ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία είτε στην Ομάδα του Simplified Coding συλλογικά, είτε σε μέλος αυτής μεμονωμένα αν αυτό κρίνεται απαραίτητο. Παρακάτω μπορείτε να βρείτε τις διευθύνσεις μας:

This document analyzes the Code of Conduct for the Simplified Coding platform. Agreement to this Code is required in order to use Simplified Coding’s services.
The Code of Conduct applies to the Simplified Coding Team, individuals who contribute to the Simplified Coding open source project, the Simplified Coding community, as well as users and visitors to the Simplified Coding website and any public space related to the project and managed by the Simplified Coding Team. Visiting the Simplified Coding website and the aforementioned public spaces indicates full agreement with the Code of Conduct.
Simplified Coding is a non-profit, free and open source project that offers free courses on computer science concepts in Greek.
The Simplified Coding Team is responsible for the construction, development, maintenance, and legal and financial sustainability of Simplified Coding. It has the right to sign legal documents and collectively constitutes the legal representative of the project. The Team consists of:

- Nikos Tsilas
- Odysseus Abraham Kirikopoulos
Simplified Coding contributors are individuals who have contributed to any public repository of Simplified Coding on GitHub, which has been reviewed and approved by the Simplified Coding Team, as defined in the Contribution Guidelines.
The Simplified Coding community consists of individuals who participate in discussions in public spaces managed by the Simplified Coding Team.
Simplified Coding users and visitors are individuals who visit the Simplified Coding website and public spaces managed by the Simplified Coding Team, without necessarily participating in discussions.
At Simplified Coding, respect is an essential foundation for maintaining the project. Therefore, all the above-mentioned individuals participating in the project are obliged to show mutual respect for one another.
Simplified Coding is a project that aims to promote programming to individuals, regardless of their identity and background. Therefore, any discrimination and mockery/bullying/insult to a person's dignity for any reason (including, but not limited to, discrimination based on age, level of fitness, visible or invisible disability, nationality, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socioeconomic status, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation) is reprehensible and inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of Simplified Coding.
The protection and respect of privacy is an essential part of any interaction between individuals, and this also applies to Simplified Coding. It goes without saying that requests for personal data and the disclosure of such data should be avoided.
This includes spam messages as well as messages that are not appropriate in public spaces (including, but not limited to, messages that are "Not Safe For Work").
Self-promotion is defined as the promotion of products, services, and social media for the purpose of advertising profiles. Self-promotion is not acceptable on Simplified Coding, but the promotion of code work for the purpose of feedback and the advancement of programming techniques/knowledge is welcome.
In addition to the Simplified Coding website, the Team may manage public spaces on other third-party websites and platforms. It goes without saying that these must also be faithfully implemented.
In the event that the Simplified Coding Team receives a report of behavior that is not in accordance with this Code of Conduct, or makes such a finding itself, it has the right to take the following actions, after documenting and informing the perpetrator:
- Official warning
- Request for a private/public apology
- Temporary/permanent removal of the right to speak in the aforementioned public spaces
- Expulsion from the aforementioned public spaces
- Temporary/permanent ban from the aforementioned public spaces
- Temporary/permanent ban from the Simplified Coding website and services
Incidents can be officially reported by email either to the Simplified Coding Team collectively or to an individual member of the team if deemed necessary. Our addresses are listed below:
