Add MCP client as a new sub project

IDEA:

Extend chimp with a goal of making it a complete MCP protocol implementation for both server and client.
Both parts blend into softwaremill http stack nicely and allow to expose MCP protocol implementation using user defined http backend / http server.

Long term goal could be reaching at least tier 2 in official MCP SDK tiering system: https://modelcontextprotocol.io/community/sdk-tiers.

The code should be tested against MCP conformance specification:
