Feature Request: Add a Complete Scale example for the GIGA R1

I would like to request an update to this library so that the Example 2 Complete Scale sketch will work with the Giga R1 board. The EEPROM.h library is not being recognized. I don't believe the Giga R1 board has an EEPROM anymore, but instead uses flash memory. At the present, I can't store the calibration values for the scale. It looked like another person was having a similar issue as me.

I think this is essentially the same as issue #8. It looks like the flash memory on the GIGA R1 is similar to the Portenta H7. I'm seeing one discussion about it here. It should be possible to store the scale settings in the QSPIFBlockDevice. I don't have time to work on this - and I don't have a GIGA R1. If you or anyone else is able to do it, please send us a Pull Request.
